• Take Exit 5A.
• Go through three traffic lights.
• Turn right at Bank RI (on right) into Meadows Office Complex.
• Make first right turn at Bank of RI into the Meadows Office Complex.
• Go to stop sign and make a right turn to proceed to Suite 205F.

From Route 4 Northbound:

• Route 4 North
• Take Exit 5.
• Go to end of exit ramp, bearing off to right (make right turn).
• Go through one traffic light.
• Turn right at Bank RI (on right) into Meadows Office Complex.
• Go to stop sign and make a right turn to proceed to Suite 205F.
